30-day satisfaction guarantee

We want you to love your Palma de Salus ritual. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason within 30 days of delivery, email us at hello@livepalma.com with your order number and we will refund the purchase price of that product to your original payment method. There is no need to send the product back.

Returns

No returns are needed. Keep the product, simply contact us and we will take care of your refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@livepalma.com as soon as possible and include photos of the product, so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we have reviewed your email, we will confirm your refund and process it to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
