Returns
We do not offer returns but may provide a refund to the order if there was any damage or issue with the product (defective or damaged, see below)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@livepalma.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the product which show the defect or damage.
Refunds
We will notify if the refund was approved or not based on the information provided in the email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
